Always stay away from empty calories when you are on Diet. For instance soda has lots of empty calories and check for other beverages , sometimes 150 calories per can. Drinking 3 or 4 cans of soda per day can be almost as much as a full meal. By staying away from empty calories, you can eat nutritiously and consume calories that will help your diet and not hurt it.
